What we keep

If you join the waitlist: your email address, the page you joined from and, if you came from a link that names a campaign, that name.

If you write to us: your name, email address and message, from the contact form or from “tell us”.

When you visit: which pages you see and how you move through them, and reports of anything that breaks. The site sets no cookies for this, and none for advertising.

Why we keep it, and who sees it

To tell you when there is a place for you, to reply to you, and to see how the site is used and fix what breaks. Nothing else.

Kaira sees it, and so do the services that run the site for us: hosting, the database, email, analytics and error reports. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to follow you on other sites.

How long we keep it, and your choices

When you leave the waitlist, we remove your email address and campaign details from the active waitlist database. We keep a fingerprint of the address and the date you left so another signup cannot put you back on the list. We keep a message for as long as we need it to help you.

Every email we send has a link to leave the list. You can also write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. In the UK and the European Economic Area, we keep your email address because you asked us to, and you can complain to your data protection authority.

Kaira is not meant for children under 13.
